This 500+ sq.m townhouse, originally built in 1895 in a small village on the northern tip of Mallorca, was carefully renovated by an exceptional pair of entrepreneurs who took great care in restoring it to its original grandeur. A previous client whom I’ve worked with in Stockholm, purchased it as a vacation home for their young family of 6 and asked for my assistans in choosing the furnishings and setting up the house to be ready to move in.
